PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

For our new Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals Program (100% remote), we are seeking Mentors who wish to:
- Enhance your professional development by teaching cutting-edge technologies.

What are the responsibilities of the role?
- Prepare and teach classes using materials provided by Guayerd.
- Monitor, support, and assist students in the progress of projects and practical activities.

The person who occupies the role must:
- Have professional experience and solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, AI tools, Python, Machine Learning, data management, AI integrations, and AI automation.
- Promote practical understanding: Facilitate the application of concepts through exercises, projects, and resolution of technical questions.
- Develop soft skills: Motivate, communicate clearly, provide constructive feedback, and encourage student autonomy.
🚀 A bonus will be considered:
- Have at least one year of training/teaching experience.
- Knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies.
Duration and Workload
- 16 weeks (September 1, 2025 – December 19, 2025).
- 3 hours of virtual classes per week (Tue-Wed-Thurs by arrangement).
- 1 hour of biweekly team meeting.
