This Report presents a data-driven analysis of the implementation of the Triple Support methodological framework developed by Guayerd, applied here in the training of Salesforce Developers. Through the study of three groups of graduates—inserted in IT, inserted in other fields, and actively searching—the effects of the program on their employability, professional development, and quality of life are explored. Using a comparative and exploratory approach, the report not only measures results but also identifies opportunities for improvement to strengthen the path toward labor inclusion. We believe in education as a driver of transformation, providing opportunities for those who face barriers to accessing training and jobs with future prospects, key aspects for personal and professional growth.

Guayerd is a Social Impact Edtech that identifies high-potential talent from disadvantaged and socioeconomically vulnerable backgrounds, transforms them into #TalentReady, and connects them with job opportunities in the IT sector. Its focus is on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
Guayerd uses a Triple Support methodology that includes:
  • Cross-Cutting Assessment: Socioeconomic status, psycho-emotional profile, and logical-mathematical skills are assessed.
  • Comprehensive Development and Personalization: Technical and soft skills are strengthened through mentors, tutors, and coaches.
  • Real Professional Internships: These are part of the curriculum, allowing students to gain concrete work experience on industry projects.
Guayerd has been recognized for its impact on social and labor inclusion in Latin America since 2019. Among its main distinctions are:
  • TecPrize 2024 from the Institute for the Future of Education at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
  • HolonIQ LATAM EdTech 100 in 2023 and 2024, ranking TOP-14 in the STEM category and TOP-1 for its social impact model.
The program consists of 5 modules totaling 463 hours of training, including a real-life professional internship. It is divided into two main stages:
  • Initial Stage: Thinking for the Future, Agile Skills, and Introduction to Programming.
  • Training-Professional Stage: Intensive Salesforce Developer training and real-life professional internship.
In addition, soft skills such as self-confidence, commitment, communication, and teamwork are constantly reinforced.
The program’s graduation rate is 54.4%, a significant achievement considering the context of socioeconomic vulnerability of the participants.
The program had 283 participants in total.
According to the report, graduates are primarily employed as:
  • Salesforce Administrators and Developers (40%).
  • Data Analysts and Engineers (15%).
  • Administrative and IT Technical Roles (15%).
  • Technical Support and Help Desk (10%).
  • Other areas related to automation, training, and technical pre-sales (the remaining 20% ​​are grouped into various roles).

Graduates who entered the IT sector found employment, on average, three months after completing the course. In contrast, those who entered non-IT sectors took around six months.

In addition to economic stability (85%) and improved quality of life (95%), 80% of graduates report positive changes in their family roles and a greater responsibility toward their communities. By generating higher incomes, the integration of technology also tends to result in better support for family members and close social networks.
According to graduates, the main challenges are:
  • Lack of specific work experience.
  • High competition from other applicants.
  • Insufficient English proficiency.
  • In some cases, advanced age or age discrimination.
100% of graduates believe that a very good level of English significantly increases their chances of getting a job in IT. Only 30% say they feel fully capable of conducting interviews in English and are in the process of perfecting their English.
Among the most common causes are:
  • High technical requirements, even for junior positions.
