PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
At Guayerd, we promote educational experiences that foster social inclusion through technology. The role involves having people with experience in managing recruitment, selection and training in IT environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the development of the necessary skills to enhance insertion into the labor market, coordinating with the content of the classes.
- Monitoring and follow-up of participants, evaluating their progress and adjusting strategies to maximize their success in the labor market.
- Enhance the skills and promote the job search of the program participants.
- Collaborate and generate feedback to the Talent Placement and Education area to optimize the preparation and profile of the participants. Identify accessibility barriers and adaptation of pedagogical strategies that hinder the employability of the participants.
- Promote effective and assertive communication that enhances the professional profile of the participants.
ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
- Possess training and experience in the areas of Human Resources, Coaching, Human Capital, and Psychology.
- Proven experience in recruiting processes in the technology sector (Mandatory).
🚀 The following will be considered a plus: Experience working with populations from vulnerable backgrounds.
