PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the class and study the materials provided by Guayerd before each session.
- Choose teaching methods, examples and analogies to enrich student learning.
- Understand and follow asynchronous projects and content to support student progress.
- Take responsibility for teaching classes in an online format, ensuring the clarity and relevance of the concepts taught.
- Enrich classes with real cases, which link the content to the world of work.
- Provide continuous formative feedback, helping students identify learning and improvement opportunities by enhancing the student’s professional profile.
- Create a learning environment aligned with Guayerd principles, where:

ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
- Professional experience of at least 2 years as Salesforce Administrator or in related roles.
- Official Salesforce Administrator certification (mandatory).
- Experience in teaching or training in Salesforce of at least 2 years (not mandatory).
🚀 It will be considered a plus: Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) and knowledge of agile methodologies.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Mastery of the Salesforce platform and experience in its configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of user management, profiles, roles, permissions, and data security.
- Experience in customizing standard and custom objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, processes, and workflows.
- Experience in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.
- Knowledge of AppExchange and management of third-party applications.
- Experience in importing and exporting data (Data Loader, Import Wizard).
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and ability to implement them in real-world scenarios.
- Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (not exclusive).
